Callie Murphy started out growing boys… five of them. And then she took up cut flower gardening… which has blossomed into a personal mission to make 50 gardeners in Houston in 2021! She may have her hands full with yours truly. When we visited via ZOOM before Texas’ Great Freeze of 2021, Callie and I talked about her gift for teaching other people the art of growing things. She is the perfect person for us to visit with in our new season “Bury the Alleluia.” (Check out the details in the episode!) Pruning, weeding, composting - it’s all a time for God to whisper to his kids. There is so much going on underground - where God is working, growing and bringing forth life. So let’s get our hands full of the stuff that we are made of - remember we are dust.
